Mental Health Assessment

60 minutes – $200.00

 

Couples therapy session

45 minutes – $150.00

 

Group therapy session

90 minutes – $30.00

 

All fees are due at the time of appointment. Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted.  Francois Jolie, LCSW Services is  accepting insurance plans at this time and will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf.

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, United Behavioral Health, Optum Behavioral Health, and able to accept Aetna patients with out of network coverage.

Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to your session time.

If at anytime you cannot contact your therapist by phone please send an e-mail or text message to fj.lcsw@gmail.com. Mr. Jolie will return the call as soon as possible.

If you feel as if you need to talk to someone right away and you are willing to call your local City of Chicago mental health center, dial 312 744-1906 and ask to speak to an available crisis counselor.
